Message from the Director

Guiding ACOPPHE’s Mission Forward

At ACOPPHE, we are guided by a simple but powerful belief — that the health of people, the environment, and our cultural heritage are inseparable. Across Africa, communities are facing interconnected challenges that require solutions rooted in both knowledge and collective action.

Our work is inspired by the resilience and wisdom of communities. Through partnerships, education, and advocacy, we strive to create lasting impact by empowering people, protecting ecosystems, and preserving indigenous knowledge systems that have sustained generations.

As Founder and Director, I believe that meaningful change begins when we listen, collaborate, and act together. ACOPPHE exists to bridge gaps — between science and tradition, policy and practice, and people and the environment — so that we can build a healthier, more sustainable future for all.
